Registration
Registration for ICPP 2026 is now open. The 55th International Conference on Parallel Processing will be held in Singapore from September 28 - October 1, 2026 at NTU@one-north.
Registration may be completed through either of the two channels below. Registrants are requested to use one channel only.
Option 1 — Eventbrite
Select Get tickets on the event page, choose the correct ticket type and quantity, and complete payment. Add-ons are available at checkout. Please confirm your ticket type before purchase; Eventbrite will email your order confirmation and ticket after checkout.
Option 2 — Registration form and bank transfer
If you encounter any problems using Eventbrite, you can also register by bank transfer. Download the ICPP 2026 Registration Form and follow the instructions on page 1 to complete the transfer and submit the form. Registration is confirmed only after both the completed form and proof of payment have been received.
Registration Fees
All fees are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD). To take advantage of the lower early-bird rates, please register on or before 19 August 2026. Standard rates apply from 20 August 2026 onwards.

Cable Car Sky Pass: return transport to your hotel is not included and must be arranged by the participant.
Any Eventbrite processing charges are shown during checkout. For bank transfers, fees are determined by the date on which payment is made.
Early-bird deadline — 19 August 2026
Early-bird pricing ends on 19 August 2026. Register early to secure the discounted rate.
Banquet Tickets
Banquet tickets may be purchased at S$150 each (for example, for accompanying guests), while available. Banquet add-on sales close on 18 September 2026.
Registration Policy for Authors
For each accepted paper, at least one full (Regular) registration is required for the paper to be included in the proceedings and presented at the conference. This applies on a per-paper basis: for example, two papers require two separate full registrations, even if they share the same authors. Please complete author registration before the camera-ready deadline. See the Call for Papers for full details.
Student registrations are intended for full-time students and do not satisfy the author registration requirement.
Visa Invitation Letter
Visa invitation letters are issued only after the required information has been submitted through the online application form below.
Refund Policy
Refunds are available up to 7 days before the event. Any platform or bank charges are non-refundable and are borne by the participant. Requests within 7 days of the conference cannot be accommodated. Please refer to the Eventbrite event page for the most up-to-date terms.
