Luo Tao — A*STAR, Institute of High Performance Computing

Luo Tao is a Senior Scientist at A*STAR. His work focuses on high-performance computing, efficient AI/ML, and emerging computing paradigms. He is actively involved in building Singapore's HPC research ecosystem and promoting cross-disciplinary collaboration across computing systems, AI, and next-generation hardware technologies. He serves as the lead organizer of SUSTAIN-HPC 2026.

Weihao Cui — National University of Singapore and Shanghai Jiao Tong University

Weihao Cui is a postdoctoral research fellow working with Prof. Bingsheng He and Prof. Minyi Guo in the National University of Singapore and Shanghai Jiao Tong University. His research focuses on AI systems and high-performance computing. He received his Ph.D. from the Department of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), Shanghai Jiao Tong University, China, under the supervision of Prof. Quan Chen.
